We are finishing a lot of Early Refund Advace returns for Clients.  We can off to Remote Esign for those customers

1.  Customer Must have a MYJH account set up.  Please click here to be taken to the only 3 steps required.

2.  Open the return up and Only select option 3 for your Sign and Save ERA clients who want to finish and file via remote signing!!

NEVER go back and select option 4 for a client who got a Sign and Save ERA and now wants to finish and get a Refund Advance – the RA will “reject” since we don’t offer bank products to our fully remote clients.  And the client isn’t fully remote; they have been in the store and started!

There is a glitch that will allow you to select option 4 since the client has already gotten an ERA but the system won’t process it because fully remote returns do not allow bank products

Note: You cannot select option 4 for a client who wants a Refund Advance or bank product if you are starting a new return.
