Walmart News!!!
Walmart’s current plan is for W2s to be available electronically by January 13, 2023, but it’s possible this could move a few days either way. Paper copies of the W2s will be mailed and post marked January 31, 2023.If you have not done so already, ensure everyone that works in a Walmart has been assigned the “How to be Successful in Walmart” TS2023 training module on The Learning Center. Please check your morning email from me with the step by step instructions for current as well as prior Walmart employees.

PRINTING PRIOR YEAR RETURNS: FOR THE OFF SEASON- If a customer comes in requesting a copy of their return- fill out the request form. upload it to their account on JHnet, retrieve the return, go to year, enter their information just like you would any return, select PRINT, and message the help desk to override to print.
