NEVER go back and select option 4 for a client who got a Sign and Save ERA and now wants to finish and get a Refund Advance – the RA will “reject” since we don’t offer bank products to our fully remote clients. And the client isn’t fully remote; they have been in the store and started! There is a glitch that will allow you to select option 4 since the client has already gotten an ERA but the system won’t process it because fully remote returns do not allow bank products Note: You cannot select option 4 for a client who wants a Refund Advance or bank product if you are starting a new return.
